08 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
09 - 1/4 cup sour cream
10 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
12 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
# Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and optional dried herbs.
03 - Add cold butter cubes and rub them into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
04 - Stir in cold water and olive oil until the dough forms. Knead briefly on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
05 - Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness and use a star-shaped cutter to cut out crackers.
06 - Arrange crackers on the baking sheet and prick each lightly with a fork.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until crackers are lightly golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
08 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until smooth.
09 - Arrange crackers around a small bowl filled with the dip at the center of the platter and serve immediately.
