Quick snack with cheddar, gouda, and seedless red grapes threaded on skewers, garnished with fresh mint.

# What You Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes

→ Fruit

03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried

→ Optional Garnish

04 - Fresh mint leaves for serving

# Steps:

01 - Cut the mild cheddar and gouda cheeses into evenly sized cubes measuring approximately 0.6 inch.
02 - Wash the seedless red grapes thoroughly and dry them completely.
03 - Using small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks, alternate threading a cheddar cube, a grape, a gouda cube, and another grape onto each skewer until all ingredients are used.
04 - Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
