# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It's ready in 10 minutes but tastes like you've been planning something fancy all day.
  • The combination of tart sorbet, bright Limoncello, and fizzy water creates this magical balance that feels both indulgent and refreshing.
  • It works for fancy dinner parties or solo afternoons when you deserve something special.
02 -
  • If you skip the pre-chilled glasses, you'll be done drinking before the drink even properly forms—I learned this the hard way when I tried to save time and regretted it immediately.
  • The Limoncello must be chilled or the whole balance tips too warm and boozy; room temperature Limoncello tastes aggressive against the delicate sorbet.
03 -
  • Quality Limoncello makes a real difference—it should taste bright and fresh, not artificial or overly sweet, so don't cheap out on the bottle.
  • If your sorbet is rock-hard, let it sit on the counter for two minutes before scooping, or run your scoop under warm water to make the job easier without compromising the texture.
