# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Add diced ham and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes; cook until spinach is wilted, about 1 minute.
04 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Stir in half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
05 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over ham and vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle the remaining Swiss cheese on top.

07 - Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until frittata is puffed and fully set in the center.
